High Performance Culture

Organisational intervention to implement the desired change (High Performance Culture) using the Cultural Alignment Matrix. Process: after an inquiry and an initial meeting, we carry out a focus survey and qualitative interviews, develop a hypothesis and a plan for organizational culture change and its evaluation. It is customised according to the objectives of the organisational culture change and the organisational context.

Organisation culture simulation – event

An experiential learning event – an organisational simulation “The Core” is designed to explore the realities of leadership and organisational culture. During the simulation event, an artificial organisation is created, participants are assigned roles and organisational tasks with daily dilematic workflow. They are provided with a space to experience intensive dynamics in managing stakeholder and team interests, also to reflect on their experiences in a structured way and to identify and consolidate their learning. The approach is based on a systems psychodynamic approach.

SERE – outside adventure

An experiential hike with a search and rescue mission for an injured pilot of an aircraft that has crashed. Based on a pilot training program designed to prepare personnel to survive in hostile environments, evade capture, resist conditions if captured, and escape if necessary.
