Organisation culture simulation – event
An experiential learning event – an organisational simulation “The Core” is designed to explore the realities of leadership and organisational culture. During the simulation event, an artificial organisation is created, participants are assigned roles and organisational tasks with daily dilematic workflow. They are provided with a space to experience intensive dynamics in managing stakeholder and team interests, also to reflect on their experiences in a structured way and to identify and consolidate their learning. The approach is based on a systems psychodynamic approach.
